Q: Why can't I log in?
A: For one of these reasons: - You haven't registered your details here. If your name doesn't appear in these lists you need to sign up and create a profile
- Your password is incorrect. Retrieve it here.

Your account hasn't yet been activated. If you've only just signed up, give us 2-3 days to check you're a genuine member!
- If none of the above apply, please contact us.
Q: I have paid my subscription. Why doesn't my name appear in the listings?
A: Because you haven't created a profile. To have your details listed, you must first fill out a registration form. Once we have checked that you are a genuine member, we will activate your profile account and you will be able to: - log in
- add a profile picture
- update your profile
- access all the facilities in the Private part of the Members' Area.
Q: How do I get back to the main DepList site?
A: There's a link at the bottom of this page!
Q: How can I sign up for a listing?
A: If you are not a member you must first join DepList. Find out more on our main website. If you are already a member and want to add your profile, you must sign-up.
Q: How can I contact a Member?
A: If you are a Member, you can see other Members' contact details once you have logged in. Visitors to the site cannot see contact details, but they can leave a message in the Member's message box.
Q: Why has PayPal cancelled my membership?
A: PayPal has not cancelled your DepList membership. It has only cancelled your automatic subscription payment facility. When your current subscription runs out we will contact you and we will give you instructions for renewing it.
